Dining at Podere Giarlinga is much more than simply sitting down at the table: it’s a journey into the history and soul of Maremma, where you can savour honest, simple recipes, genuine ingredients, and the aromas of seasons, hard work, and rural memory.
Ours is home-style cooking, prepared with love, where everything comes from the vegetable garden, the pantry, the wood-fired oven, and time itself.
Every dish is homemade, just like in the old days, using ingredients from our farm or carefully selected small local producers.
Ingredients that Speak of the Land
From breakfast to dinner, our menu changes with the rhythm of nature and what we harvest each day.
On our table you’ll find:
- Extra virgin olive oil from our own production
- Fresh vegetables from our garden
- Chianina and Maremmana beef from local farms
- Preserves, jams, pickled vegetables, and handmade or locally produced pasta
- We do our best to meet all dietary needs, intolerances, allergies, and offer vegetarian options.
- DOC Tuscan wines: Monteregio, Morellino, Brunello, Chianti
Everything is prepared with simplicity, respecting Maremma traditions, but with care and attention to detail.

Every Friday we light our old wood-fired oven, just like in the old days.
Slowly risen dough, simple and tasty toppings, and the gentle heat of the embers…
A convivial moment, enjoyed by young and old alike.

The atmosphere is informal, warm, and family-friendly.
